WHAT IS CARBON BUILD UP
Carbon build up occurs in most type’s of engine, whether you are using Petrol or Diesel, your car will suffer from carbon build up.
Carbon deposits and build up is caused when unburnt fuel sticks to the inner engine and components.
Carbon build up can cause issues if untreated in
- EGR Valves
- Inlet manifold
HOW ENGINE CARBON CLEANING WORKS
The Engine Carbon Clean system works by using tap water to create hydrogen and oxygen which pass through the air intake of an engine and out through the exhaust system as a gas, helping to remove the excess carbon that leads to poor running issues.
It’s a simple and safe process and requires no dismantling of engine parts or the use of harmful chemical products. We recommended using the Engine Carbon Clean service as part of your vehicle’s regular maintenance schedule.
Our technology is based on innovative engineering expertise in the use of hydrogen as a renewable and environmentally friendly solution for reducing vehicle and plant emissions to assist in meeting global green energy requirements.
The use of hydrogen has been proven to substantially reduce emissions and has been tested with independent, market leading equipment used by nationwide service centres.
The Engine Carbon Clean service is suitable for any petrol, diesel or LPG engine, mobile and static, and is used to help remove carbon build-up on an extensive range of engines from 1 to 100 litres.
WHAT WILL IT DO FOR YOUR VEHICLE
Restore Power and Performance
Removing carbon from the engine will allow for restored power and a smoother performance, as well as a quieter engine.
Revitalise Fuel Efficiency
Carbon build-up in the engine can dramatically reduce a car’s fuel efficiency. The service will help to remove carbon build-up and thereby revitalise fuel efficiency. Most customers experience an improvement in MPG or L/KM and lower fuel bills.
The Engine Carbon Clean service significantly reduces harmful emissions and can also help to achieve emission test levels.
Prevent Costly Repair Bills
Carbon build-up leads to potentially expensive issues with engine parts such as EGR valves, DPFs, turbos, inlet manifold and injectors. These may all be helped by the service if due to carbonisation, and then prevented from recurring through regular cleaning.
THE CLEANING PROCESS
One of our engineers will arrive at your home or place of work and firstly assess your vehicle and carry out a full dealer level diagnostics scan using the latest and up to date tools.
Once your vehicle has been assessed and the engineer is happy to proceed – they will then connect the Engine carbon clean machine to your engines air intake system.
The machine is then set to a 45 minute cycle (this may be extended to combat certain issues if found)
During the clean the engines live data will be monitored and improvements will be noted and pointed out to you.
Once the Carbon Clean has completed another diagnostics scan will be done to ensure the car is in good health.
You will then be ready to test drive your vehicle and feel the benefits from the Engine clean
